I gained 11 lbs in the last two weeks. 11 pounds. Its unbelizeable. I also went to Belize, they need electricity and running water. Oh yeah, and now I'm married. =)

Woo-Hoo this weekend I will beat over 30,000 racers! Its on like Donkey Kong!

9:31PM - Sullivan Civic Center Triathlon and AMA 5K

I raced twice last weekend. Once in AMA 5K in my backyard of Washington Park. I put up a 21:01 and was 33rd overall for the men.

Sullivan Civic Center Triathlon, I rocked out and even suprised myself.

So I started taking a Protein supplement. I think it is making me fatter. I have steadily gained about 5 pounds since I started two weeks ago. I'm pretty sure that is fat, not muscle. Does anyone else spike in weight when they start taking supplements?

12:44PM - Arthritis Foundation

I am currently raising money for the Arthritis Foundation. I will be running in there 5K November 19th and will be collecting till then.

The Arthritis Foundation is the only national voluntary health organization that works to prevent, control and cure arthritis and related diseases such as fibromyalgia, lupus, and osteoporosis. They are giving new hope to the 70 million Americans living with arthritis. Locally, the Greater Illinois Chapter supports research and assists in providing educational information, self-help courses, water and land based exercise classes and a Pediatric Rheumatology Clinic.
